Counting and "NO"

You know those "terrible twos" everybody talks about? Well they fail to tell you they begin around 18 months. And in our case I think it may have been 15 months! EVERYTHING this past week has been "no". However, I was able to capture a bit of Leo counting before he moved on to his new favorite word. And yes you will be impressed until he thinks his megablock is his harmonica. 

It is the little things

Do you want to know what made me fall in love with Leo even more today? Seeing him sleeping on an adult pillow (for the first time) in his crib like a big boy. I can't stop going in and looking at him tonight. How can I love somebody this much?

A day at the park

So sorry for the lack of posts (if there are actually still people out there reading). Life has been hectic. Daddy is in Croatia connecting with relatives. Therefore, I am exhausted and 36 weeks pregnant. Throw in a child that doesn't like to be photographed and updating the blog becomes quite difficult.

Leo has less than 4 weeks as an only child. The best part is that he will never remember life without his little brother. Unfortunately, it is not as easy on his parents. I am very emotional about our addition to the family. It has just been so perfect with the three of us. It is hard to imagine loving someone else as much as we love Leo but of course I know it will be possible.

I will try my best to capture the next 3 weeks as a family of three. And then you will most likely be introduced to an additional blog when our next son arrives. Hopefully, he will adopt a nickname as easily as his brother because right now we are at a loss as to his url. Thanks for looking.

He takes his music seriously

Last week I took Leo to the Pasadena Civic Auditorium for their Musical Circus and instrument petting zoo. I think drums may take a close second to Leo's favorite musical instrument - the harmonica. Maybe he will be a drummer like his mom.
