Bad Mommy Moment
Before you judge me please reference a previous post titled "A Relaxing Lunch". I had to get some dishes done and was not thrilled with the idea of an unhappy baby hanging from my leg. A little Sesame Street never hurt anyone. I just thought this picture was just so classic - you can almost hear his brain frying. Mind you - he was only interested for 5 minutes tops.

Why do I think there must be a very similar picture of Leo's Uncle Carson (or Steve for that matter) floating around there somewhere??

I fall more in love with my little chubby bunny every single day. No matter how hard the day has been with him. When I sit here at night updating the blog and looking at pictures of Leo, I just want to go in his room and wake him up to play. However, I am not crazy! I'll let him sleep.

This is an interesting item to take to bed...
Leo fell asleep for his nap with his fire hydrant toy in his hand. Too cute.
And yes he is sleeping in our bed. I am too sick today to try and get him to sleep in his crib. I just don't have the energy. Unfortunately, he had been spoiled by our bed in the past. It is pretty much the most comfortable bed ever. Now he refuses his crib for naps. Oh well...

A relaxing lunch...
We're having some attachment issues recently. If I am in the room then Leo wants to be climbing up me, hanging on me, whining at me, etc... It has become very difficult to eat a meal around here during the week. After swim class I realized I had not eaten and was starving. I decided to pick up some lunch to go. I figured (prayed) that Leo may be tired and he would just sit and play while I had 10 minutes to eat my lunch. Here is a view from the couch and my side of the table during my relaxing lunch at home.

Leo's Visit to Napa
Leo, my mom and I visited Granny and Gramps this past weekend. Leo was wonderful in the car. He had a great time hanging out and chasing Webster. Granny made some great meals, we got to try Taylor's Refresher and Leo got to show off his new dancing skills. The last picture is Leo on the drive home from shopping in Corte Madera. You can tell that he was worn out from all the fun.

We've been kicked out of Mommy and Me. Leo got into a pretty bad fist fight with one of the other kids. He wanted to show you his battle wounds.
Actually this is what happens when Leo pulls a bar stool down on his face. No it was not one in Lucky Baldwin's...we are not that horrible of parents. It was in our house and it all happened too quickly. Poor guy was a trooper.
