It's for you

"Leo, where's your bankie?"

Since Uncle Carson is coming to town...

and we know how much he likes books, Leo thought he should catch up on some reading.

I promise an update by tomorrow...

many of you are unhappy with me because i haven't updated in a week. problem is - leo won't sit still for pictures. i just get a whole lot of the top of his head lunging towards my camera. you will notice that many of the recent posts had to be live video or he was strapped in his high chair. my goal today is to try and capture something interesting. let me know if there are any requests or anything you would like to see. more videos, just pics, leo swimming, leo and jack getting into trouble, etc... if anybody has an assignment for us please share. then i will have a task that needs to get accomplished. here is a pic to tie you over until tomorrow.

Silence means trouble

Whenever Leo wanders in another room and it is silent I know something is up. This is what I found upon entering the kitchen. Just more proof that the boys in this house are conspiring against me.

Hmmm...I'm pretty sure I am not supposed to be in this cabinet.

Come on kid...aren't you curious about what's inside?!?

I've never seen mom use those before?!?!

It is all the cat's fault.  He told me to do it.

Already feeding himself

We handed the spoon over. It went well. No?

He is turning on me

Leo has been spending too much time with Tom recently.  He's already making fun of me talking on the phone.  When Tom took this video he told me, "that is the exact same thing I hear when you talk."  The men are taking over this house and I am not feeling the love.

Sadness at Leo's House

Blog posts about Leo's life unfortunately can't all be cheery. Last week Leo's great-grandfather (Djedo) and namesake passed away on Thursday, April 10th at the age of 82. Although we wish it could have been longer, it was clear that both big Leo and little Leo were grateful for and cherished the time they were able to spend together these last 10 months. The funeral will be held at the same church that both Leo's were baptized in along with many other family members. You are already greatly missed Djedo.

I'm Standing!

Well maybe he is actually leaning on a chair but he sure is thinking about it.

Dad sure is funny!!

Be sure and have your sound on to hear the amazing sound of a Leo belly laugh.

I just love the drama of the thrown back head in this video.

Earning his Keep

Although it took him 9 months, Leo is finally starting to earn his keep around here. It's about time.
